This 2014 United Kingdom £20 fine silver coin was struck by The Royal Mint to commemorate the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War. The coin is composed of .999 fine silver and forms part of a commemorative series issued in partnership with the Imperial War Museums. The obverse features the fourth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley FRBS. The reverse features a commemorative design by John Bergdahl. The coin is housed in its original illustrated card presentation pack and remains sealed within its protective plastic sleeve.
