A 1983 United Kingdom uncirculated one pound coin, struck in nickel-brass by the Royal Mint. The coin is housed in its original Royal Mint vertical bifold card presentation folder. The reverse design features the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom as designed by Eric Sewell, with the denomination ONE POUND inscribed below. The obverse features the second portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Arnold Machin. The folder cover depicts a member of the Household Cavalry in full ceremonial dress and includes the text 1983 UNITED KINGDOM UNCIRCULATED £1.00 COIN alongside the Royal Mint logo. The interior shows the reverse of the coin against a blue background with red and white horizontal stripes, titled The Reverse.
