A set of six mid-20th-century footed glasses, attributed to Dema in the Silver Rose pattern. The clear glass bowls feature an etched design of trailing roses and foliage. The decoration is further enhanced by silver-toned bands at the rim and a secondary decorative band with a repeating quatrefoil-style geometric motif encircling the lower part of the bowl. Each glass is supported by a short stem leading to a circular foot. A small, circular acid-etched mark is present on the underside of the foot, though the characters within are not clearly legible. These glasses were typically produced in the United Kingdom during the 1960s or 1970s and were intended for use as wine or sherry glasses.
Condition report:
The glasses are in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or clouding to the glass. There is some minor, age-appropriate wear and rubbing to the silver-toned decorative bands, which is typical for vintage glassware of this type.
