A set of 2020 United Kingdom Brilliant Uncirculated coins issued by The Royal Mint. This collection is housed in its original multi-panel card presentation folder, containing the eight definitive circulating denominations and five commemorative issues. The definitive reverses from 1p to £2 feature the Shield of the Royal Arms. The commemorative issues include a £5 coin for the bicentenary of George III, a £2 coin for the centenary of Agatha Christie’s The Mysterious Affair at Styles, a £2 coin marking the 75th anniversary of VE Day, a £2 coin for the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower voyage, and a 50p coin for Team GB and the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Each coin features the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark on the obverse. The coins are struck in various compositions, including copper-plated steel, cupro-nickel, and bimetallic nickel-brass and cupro-nickel. Condition report:
The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition as issued, exhibiting full original mint lustre and no evidence of circulation wear. The presentation folder is in excellent condition with only minor shelf wear to the edges of the card.
