A collection of UK commemorative first day covers dating from 1974 into the 1980s, presented in a blue ring-binder album with a matching slipcase. Featured issues include the 1974 Universal Postal Union Centenary (SG 957-960) and the 1974 Great Britons set (SG 961-964). The covers are franked with perforated stamps and cancelled with Philatelic Bureau Edinburgh circular date stamps (CDS). All covers are type-addressed to a recipient in Sheffield and are stored in individual clear plastic sleeves.
Condition report:
The covers are in fine condition, neatly addressed and cancelled. The stamps appear undamaged. The blue album and slipcase show light wear consistent with age and storage.
