A trio of commemorative numismatic items comprising one Guernsey five-pound coin and two United Kingdom fifty-pence coins. The 2004 Guernsey five-pound coin commemorates the 60th Anniversary of D-Day and was struck by the Royal Mint in conjunction with the Royal British Legion. It is held within a themed presentation pack titled Operation Overlord. The obverse displays the effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, and the reverse by David Cornell features an invasion scene with a colour-printed poppy logo. The two 2006 United Kingdom fifty-pence coins commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Victoria Cross. Both are housed in blue Change Checker cards. One coin features the Award reverse design with two medals and VC inscription, while the other features the Heroic Acts reverse design depicting a soldier carrying a comrade. All coins are struck in silver-coloured base metal.

Condition report:
The coins are in uncirculated condition as issued. The presentation folder and cards show minor signs of shelf wear, light creasing, and surface handling marks to the protective plastic sleeves.
