Struck in solid bronze and layered in pure silver, the piece features a proof finish with contrasting frosted details and mirrored fields. The obverse carries a portrait of radar pioneer Robert Watson-Watt, accompanied by the inscriptions ROBERT WATSON – WATT and THREE STEPS TO VICTORY, with the dates 1940 and 2015.
