Buyer's Premium:

A partial collection of United Kingdom decimal coinage housed in an official blue trifold commemorative folder titled My Collection. The set features the 2008 redesign by artist Matthew Dent, where the reverse of individual denominations (1p, 2p, 5p, 10p, 20p, and 50p) form a jigsaw-style depiction of the Royal Shield of Arms, with the £1 coin displaying the complete shield. This collection includes the £1, 50p, 10p, and 1p denominations. The obverse of each coin features the fourth circulating portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley. The folder interior provides historical context for the Royal Arms in British coinage, technical specifications for the full series, and a facsimile signature of Andrew Stafford, former Deputy Master and Chief Executive of the Royal Mint. Slots for the 2p, 5p, and 20p denominations are currently vacant.

One Pound (Nickel-brass): 22.50mm, 9.50g
Fifty Pence (Cupro-nickel): 27.30mm, 8.00g
Ten Pence (Cupro-nickel): 24.50mm, 6.50g
One Penny (Copper-plated steel): 20.30mm, 3.56g.

Condition report:

The four included coins appear to be in brilliant uncirculated condition with no visible circulation wear or significant surface marks. The trifold presentation folder is in good overall condition, though it exhibits a minor diagonal crease to the upper right-hand corner of the third panel. Three internal coin apertures are empty.
