The reverse design, by Matt Dent and Christian Davies, includes the inscription CELEBRATING 150 YEARS OF THE FA CUP and the dates 1871-2022. The obverse features the fifth definitive coinage portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark. The coin has a milled edge with the incuse inscription FOOTBALL’S [CONTINUOUS] CUP COMPETITION. The packaging bears official Emirates FA Cup licensing information and a security hologram.
