A UK 2016 cupro-nickel 50p coin featuring the Jemima Puddle-Duck reverse design by Emma Noble. This specimen is housed in a dark blue card mount issued by Change Checker. The reverse displays the Beatrix Potter character with the inscription JEMIMA PUDDLE-DUCK and the designer’s initials en to the lower left. The coin is secured with a holographic seal containing repeating text for UNITED KINGDOM, BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED, and CERTIFIED. This coin was released as part of the first series of Beatrix Potter character coins to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the author’s birth.
Condition report:
Brilliant uncirculated. The coin is mint-sealed within its original card mount. The dark blue card displays minor surface scuffing and light shelf wear.
