Lot 292: A Trio of Miniature Architectural Cottage Models Attributed to Lilliput Lane
A collection of three hand-painted miniature architectural models of traditional English cottages, attributed to Lilliput Lane. The pieces are cast from a gypsum-based resin composite, allowing for a high level of textural detail. The group includes a model resembling Spring Bank, featuring a half-timbered facade, thatched roof, and a detailed garden with a stone path and bench. Another model, visually consistent with Ostlers Keep, includes a heavy stone chimney and an arched porch area. The third item is a simpler white-walled cottage with a red-tiled roof. No maker marks or labels are visible on the exterior surfaces of the models.

Condition report:
All three models appear to be in good condition. No significant chips, cracks, or repairs are evident. The delicate projections, such as chimney pots and roof finials, remain intact. The painted decoration is well-preserved with no major losses or fading.
