A five-piece set of Stuart Crystal lead crystal glassware in the Startime pattern, comprising one large circular bowl and four matching stemmed dessert glasses. The pieces are decorated with a pattern of scattered, etched six-pointed stars across the bodies. The bowl features three horizontal wheel-cut bands encircling the exterior near the rim and a radial starburst design to the underside of the base. Each matching glass consists of a wide, shallow bowl supported by a short, stepped stem and a circular foot. The bowl bears an acid-etched maker mark to the centre of the base reading STUART ENGLAND.
Condition report:
The set is in good condition with no visible chips, cracks, or repairs. The crystal remains clear and free from clouding. There is minor surface wear and light scratching to the undersides of the bases consistent with domestic use and age.
