The reverse depicts Queen Elizabeth II enthroned, surrounded by eight mounted trumpeters of the Household Cavalry separated by radial lines. The perimeter inscription reads ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA FID DEF with the denomination FIVE POUNDS at the base. The coin is housed in a clear acrylic capsule within a red velvet-lined presentation box and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity numbered 24999.

Uncirculated. The coin exhibits significant dark toning and tarnish across the visible face. The presentation case and documentation are in good condition.
