This collection of OO gauge model railway components includes various electronic controllers, rolling stock, and a scale building.
The electrical control equipment consists of a boxed Gaugemaster Model ‘D’ superior electronic model railway controller, which is a twin-track unit manufactured in Great Britain with independent controls and auxiliary outputs. Also included is a Smoothflow power unit by Minimodels Ltd, housed in a blue stipple-finish metal casing with a red faceplate and green reset button, contained in a plain cardboard box. An unboxed Hales Blue Prince power unit is present, featuring a blue metal casing and marked as 12V 7W D.C. output.
Rolling stock items comprise several boxed wagons: two Hornby Railways ventilated vans in white and cream with Smiths Crisps, Snacks, Nuts livery; one Hornby Railways wagon in yellow Weetabix livery; and a Mainline Railways yellow tank wagon with Mobil LP-gas branding, produced for Palitoy.
The scenic and track items include a boxed Hornby Skaledale Car Service & Repair Garage, constructed from pre-painted resin with detailed signage for AA Garage, Esso, and Brasso. Additionally, there is a Peco Streamline HO/OO SL-91 left-hand small radius Insulfrog turnout in its original card sleeve.
Materials include die-cast metal, plastic, resin, and card packaging.
Condition report:
Items are in used condition. The Hales power unit displays significant surface corrosion and oxidation to the metal top plate. The card boxes and packaging show varying degrees of shelf wear, including scuffing, creasing, and some old price labels. The resin garage and rolling stock appear generally well-preserved within their original packaging. All electrical items are sold as collectors\' items only and have not been tested for functional or electrical safety.
