A portable horizontal air compressor manufactured by Bostitch. The unit is powered by a 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) electric motor configured for 110V supply and is fitted with a yellow 16A industrial plug. According to the specification plate, the motor operates at 2850 RPM and provides a displacement of 250 l/min (approximately 8.8 CFM). The compressor features a 24-litre capacity tank with a working pressure of 8 Bar (approximately 116 PSI). It is equipped with a pressure regulator, a quick-release outlet, and two pressure gauges for monitoring tank and outlet pressure. The unit is mounted on a wheeled base with a front support foot and an integrated yellow tubular handle for portability. Markings include the Bostitch brand name on the tank and a technical specification plate on the motor shroud. The tank end is stamped with technical data including a date appearing to be 2009/10.
Condition report:
The item is in used condition showing wear consistent with industrial or trade application. The black plastic motor shroud is cracked in several places and exhibits signs of previous tape repairs. There is widespread surface scratching, scuffing, and visible surface oxidation and rust on the tank and metal fittings. The functionality of the motor, regulator, and gauges has not been tested.
