A United Kingdom 2022 commemorative bi-metallic two-pound coin struck to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the introduction of the bi-metallic two-pound coin in 1997. The coin features a gold-coloured nickel-brass outer ring and a silver-coloured cupro-nickel inner disc. The obverse displays the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Jody Clark (J.C), with the legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D 2 POUNDS 2022. The reverse features the original 1997 Technology design by Bruce Rushin (BR), showing concentric circles and the date 1997. The coin is presented in a blue Change Checker card mount featuring a holographic security strip.
