This US 1923 Peace silver dollar was struck at the Philadelphia Mint. It is composed of 0.900 fine silver. The coin features the Peace Dollar obverse and reverse designs. Obverse inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and the date 1923. Reverse inscriptions include UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE. No mint mark is present.
Condition report:
Circulated. The coin exhibits moderate wear on the high points of the relief, consistent with a Fine classification. Numerous small surface marks and nicks are visible on both sides. Dark toning is present in the recessed areas of the design and lettering.
