A group of United Kingdom commemorative 50p coins featuring reverse designs inspired by Raymond Briggs’ The Snowman, issued by the Royal Mint between 2018 and 2022. The pieces are struck in cupro-nickel with a Brilliant Uncirculated finish. Three coins are presented in blue cardboard folders issued by Change Checker, each featuring a holographic security label with the text CERTIFIED BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED. These folders contain specimens with the 2018 Walking (KM# 1466), 2019 Flying (KM# 1515), and 2020 Hugging (KM# 1585) designs. A further specimen featuring a Snowman portrait (KM# 1812) is presented in a clear plastic protective capsule.
Condition report:
The coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition as issued, retaining full mint lustre and showing no signs of wear or circulation marks. The cardboard presentation folders are in good condition with minor handling marks to the edges and intact holographic seals.
