A group of United Kingdom 50 pence commemorative coins issued by the Royal Mint. The assembly comprises several examples from the London 2012 Olympic Games series, featuring reverse designs for Boxing, Rowing, Archery, and Volleyball. Also included is a 2016 Team GB commemorative coin featuring a collage of sporting equipment. Each coin is struck in cupro-nickel and remains housed in its original blue card presentation mount. Four of the examples are presented in Change Checker branded packs with gold lettering, while the Team GB coin is contained in a specialised commemorative card featuring the team lion emblem. These coins were struck to a brilliant uncirculated standard as part of the Royal Mint’s commemorative programmes for the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

Condition report:
The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition, well-preserved within their respective plastic apertures. The card presentation packs exhibit minor signs of handling and shelf wear, including light rubbing to the edges and superficial surface marks.
