A vintage board game titled A Question of Sport: The Home Game, based on the long-running BBC television sports quiz programme. This 1986 edition features host David Coleman alongside team captains Bill Beaumont and Emlyn Hughes. The game is housed in its original green textured-finish cardboard box which displays the BBC tv logo and a central image of the trio. Internal components include three decks of playing cards: Bill Beaumont’s Team (blue), David Coleman’s Celebrity Cards (yellow), and Emlyn Hughes’ Team (red). The set also contains an A Question of Sport instruction booklet, a spiral-bound Emlyn Hughes’ Team Score book, and a grey plastic multi-slotted card holder tray.
Condition report:
The game is in good vintage condition. The outer box shows typical signs of shelf wear, including scuffing and minor peeling at the corners and edges. A small handwritten price tag is present on the top left corner of the lid. The internal cards, booklets, and plastic tray appear well-preserved and clean.
