A 1994 UK silver proof two-pound coin issued by the Royal Mint to commemorate the tercentenary of the Bank of England. The reverse features the corporate seal of the Bank of England flanked by the dates 1694 and 1994. Struck in .925 sterling silver, the piece exhibits a proof finish with frosted relief and mirrored fields. The coin is housed in a clear protective capsule and presented in a green, velvet-lined case with the original Certificate of Authenticity.
