A fine bone china figurine titled Tender Thoughts from the Ladies of Fashion collection by the English manufacturer Coalport. The figure depicts a standing woman in an elegant pose, with her right hand resting on her hip and her left hand lifting a section of a draped scarf. She wears a flowing, floor-length gown in muted colours of cream, lavender, and pale green. A matching green hood covers her blonde hair, and she features hand-painted facial details including blue eyes and red lips. The entire piece is finished with a glossy glaze. The underside of the base displays several printed marks in blue: the series title Ladies of Fashion, the model name Tender Thoughts, and a copyright date of 1990. It is further inscribed Modelled by John Bromley and decorated by hand. The factory mark features a crown above Fine Bone China, Coalport, Made in England, Est. 1750, and the codes 11F and 6/90. A small hand-painted green number 55 is visible near the rim, and a small rectangular paper sticker with handwritten characters is attached.
Condition report:
The figurine is in excellent condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or signs of crazing to the ceramic or glaze. The hand-painted decoration and glossy finish remain vibrant and intact. No evidence of restoration or repair was observed.
