A trio of vintage kitchen storage canisters, comprising jars for Coffee, Sugar, and Tea, attributed to Tremar Pottery of Cornwall. Each vessel is of a cylindrical, bulbous form, constructed from a speckled buff-coloured stoneware with a matte glaze. The front of each canister is decorated with a large, embossed oval medallion featuring raised block lettering identifying the contents. The lettering and oval borders are finished in a contrasting reddish-brown slip. Each jar is topped with a matching domed lid featuring a central knob finial. No maker’s marks or stamps are visible in the provided imagery.
Height approximately 15cm to 20cm including lids.
Condition report:
The canisters appear to be in good overall vintage condition with no significant chips, cracks, or heavy staining visible from the primary orientation. The lids are currently secured with clear plastic wrap for transit. Potential bidders are advised to inspect the interior rims and bases for minor signs of use or age-related wear.
