This lot consists of an assortment of glazed porcelain figurines and miniature cabinet plates. The collection features several hand-painted figures, including a seated male musician playing a concertina, an elderly shepherd with a lamb over his shoulders, and a seated lady holding a bird. Also included are multiple figurines in the style of 18th-century gallants and ladies, some rendered in a blue and white colour palette with gilt accents. A small decorative glass angel with gold-toned wings is housed under a glass cloche on a mirrored base. The lot further contains two miniature porcelain cabinet plates featuring scenes from the Cries of London series, specifically titled Primroses – Yellow Primroses and Who’ll Buy My Lavender. Both plates feature gold-toned rims and are accompanied by small black display stands. No manufacturer backstamps or maker marks are visible on the undersides of the items.
Condition report:
The items appear to be in generally good condition with light surface wear. There is minor rubbing to the gilt and painted details consistent with age and display. No major chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration are visible from the overview images.
