A Royal Albert fine bone china tea trio decorated in the Old Country Roses pattern, comprising a teacup, saucer, and tea plate. The design features transfer-printed clusters of burgundy, yellow, and pink roses set against green foliage. Each piece is finished with a scalloped rim and heavily applied stippled gilding. The teacup is of the Montrose shape, featuring a gilded handle and foot. The underside of the pieces bears the Royal Albert backstamp, which includes a three-rose motif above the pattern name Old Country Roses in pink cursive script, and the words ROYAL ALBERT, BONE CHINA, ENGLAND in green block capitals.
Condition report:
The trio appears to be in good condition. There are no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration. The gilding is bright and shows no significant signs of rubbing or wear.
