Buyer's Premium:

A collection of British pre-decimal bronze coinage housed in three blue Whitman coin folders. The group comprises two folders dedicated to halfpennies, identified as Collection 1902 to 1936 (Ref. 9679) and Collection 1937- (Ref. 9680), and a third folder containing George VI pennies. The coinage spans the reigns of Edward VII, George V, George VI, and Elizabeth II. The halfpenny designs include the Britannia reverse on earlier issues and the Golden Hind reverse on issues from 1937 onwards. The folders contain printed historical information and annual mintage figures for the respective years.

Condition report:

The coins are in various circulated grades, ranging from fine to extremely fine, with some later Elizabeth II issues retaining original copper-red mint lustre. Earlier issues generally display heavy brown toning. The Whitman folders exhibit typical signs of shelf wear, including minor scuffing to the covers and internal ageing to the card. Several coin slots across the folders remain unoccupied.
