Description
A pair of rectangular hand-painted wooden boxes decorated with vibrant floral and foliate motifs in yellow, green, red, and blue against a black ground. Each box features a hinged lid with a central floral medallion and a small brass-toned knob, with matching floral sprays adorning the front panels. The interiors are finished in a matte black. The larger box contains an assortment of craft and sewing notions, including a flexible tape measure and various small containers. The smaller box contains two dark red glass goblets with clear stems and several small miscellaneous items, including a Blistex lip balm and a textured green sphere. The boxes are constructed from wood with simple metal hinges.
