Description
A manual meat chopper produced by the Enterprise Manufacturing Co. of Philadelphia, USA. This No. 10 model is constructed from cast iron with a tinned finish and features a large hopper, an internal screw-fed auger, and a rear-mounted crank handle with a turned wooden grip. The upright clamp arm is embossed with the manufacturer details ENTERPRISE MFG CO PHILA USA. The main barrel displays the embossed text ENTERPRISE TINNED MEAT CHOPPER alongside a circular emblem. The hopper neck is clearly marked NO. 10. The unit is designed for tabletop mounting via an integral screw clamp.

Condition report:
The item is in as-found condition with significant loss to the original tinned coating. Widespread surface oxidation and pitting are visible on the cast iron components.
