Description
An Art Nouveau style vase featuring a blown amber glass body in a golden-yellow colour. The vessel is encased in a decorative silver overlay comprising a pierced scrolling foliate collar, side panels, and a flared base. The front of the vase is decorated with a central cast cluster of grapes flanked by two vine leaves. The metalwork is secured around the glass form, which shows a smooth, rounded rim. No maker’s marks, hallmarks, or signatures are visible on the exterior or base of the piece.
Condition report:
The vase is in good overall condition. There is visible surface tarnish to the silver metalwork consistent with age. The glass body appears free from chips, cracks, or significant abrasions.
