A collection of UK coins housed in a vintage octagonal lithographed tin. The tin is decorated with steam locomotive illustrations, including a panel titled Midland Railway 2-4-0 No. 27. The collection includes a crown denomination in a clear plastic flip featuring a cruciform shields reverse. The assortment contains various pre-decimal and decimal denominations including bronze pennies and halfpennies, brass threepences, and cupro-nickel florins, shillings, and sixpences. A penny dated 1947 is visible. The lot comprises a diverse range of denominations and dates from the 20th century.
