Description
A set of turquoise-coloured glass liqueur items, attributed to Murano, comprising a decanter with a matching stopper and coordinating glasses. The set features silver-toned overlay decoration depicting Venetian architectural landmarks, including the Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute and gondolas. The decanter is of a tapered form with silvered bands at the neck and base. The glasses are of a matching conical shape with silver-toned rims and bases. The decorative scenes are rendered in a fine-line style. No maker marks or signatures are visible on any of the pieces.
Condition report:
The set is in good vintage condition. The silver-toned overlay exhibits tarnish and minor surface wear consistent with age and use. The glass components are free from visible chips, cracks, or significant abrasions.
