A 1970s rocking chair designed in the bentwood style attributed to Michael Thonet. The frame is constructed dark-stained wood, featuring characteristic steam-bent scrolling curves that form the integrated armrests and runners. The high, rounded back and seat are upholstered in a brown patchwork vinyl material featuring decorative zig-zag stitching. The construction includes a central oval-shaped support beneath the backrest.
