How Our Estate Clearance Service Works

  3. Item separation — We carefully separate items into categories: auction lots, recyclable items, charitable donations, and waste.
  4. Auction consignment — Valuable items are catalogued and entered into our fortnightly sales. Proceeds (minus commission) are returned to the estate.
  5. Property clearance — The property is left clean, empty, and ready for sale or handover.

Probate Valuations

We offer formal probate valuations for HMRC inheritance tax purposes. Our experienced auctioneers provide accurate, market-based valuations that comply with probate requirements. These valuations can be used by solicitors and executors as part of the probate process.
