Lot 61: UK 2020 Withdrawal from the European Union 50p BU Coin
A UK 2020 heptagonal 50 pence coin, issued by The Royal Mint to commemorate the withdrawal from the European Union. The reverse features a calligraphic inscription that reads: PEACE, PROSPERITY AND FRIENDSHIP WITH ALL NATIONS, positioned above the date 31 JANUARY 2020. The obverse depicts the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is presented in its original Royal Mint fold-out card with a burgundy and green finish.
