A 2004 bullion bar of rectangular form. The obverse features an engraved illustration of a snowman wearing a top hat and a patterned scarf, depicted smoking a pipe. The illustration is positioned between the struck legends HAPPY and HOLIDAYS at the top and bottom respectively. The reverse comprises a central blank rectangular cartouche enclosed by a raised beaded border. Around this border is the struck inscription BEST WISHES FOR PEACE AND JOY THIS HOLIDAY SEASON 2004. Stamped along the top edge of the reverse is the legend ONE TROY OUNCE, with .999 FINE SILVER struck along the bottom edge.
