A 1994 United Kingdom commemorative £2 coin, struck in nickel-brass. The coin is presented in its original Royal Mint illustrated fold-out card packaging. The reverse features a central medallion depicting the Bank of England’s original corporate seal with Britannia seated beside a bank of money, flanked by the crowned cyphers of William and Mary. The reverse is inscribed with the dates 1694 and 1994, and the legend BANK OF ENGLAND below. The obverse features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
