Lot 67: An Iridescent Art Glass Jack-In-The-Pulpit Vase

An art glass vase, featuring a flared and upturned jack-in-the-pulpit rim. The piece is constructed with a bulbous, mottled red and translucent glass base that transitions into a slender neck. The wide, pulled rim and upper neck exhibit an iridescent finish with a multi-coloured sheen. The interior of the neck and the flared rim are decorated with applied red trailing glass stripes that radiate from the centre.
Condition report:
The vase appears to be in good condition. The iridescent surface finish remains vibrant. There are no visible cracks or losses to the flared rim or the base. Minor surface dust and fingerprints are present on the exterior of the glass.
