A rectangular 0.5 gram gold bullion bar featuring a high-relief pirate-themed design. The obverse depicts a stylised skull wearing a bandana and an eyepatch, positioned over crossed bones against a dark textured background. Below the skull and crossbones is the struck inscription PURE GOLD in a decorative font. The reverse of the bar is stamped with four lines of text specifying the weight and purity: 0.5, GRAM, .999, and FINE GOLD. The bar is finished with a raised polished border on both sides. No mint marks, refiner names, or serial numbers are present.
