Lot 333: A Gothic Revival Style Metal Electric Fire Grate

A metal electric fire grate designed in the Gothic Revival style. The unit features a substantial arched fireback decorated with three raised fleur-de-lis motifs against a textured, hammered-effect ground. The grate is flanked by two integrated firedogs topped with matching fleur-de-lis finials and supported by arched feet. The front of the grate is constructed with scrolled decorative metalwork. The interior contains a rectangular, textured orange composite block with V-shaped vents designed to simulate glowing fuel. A black metal drawer-like panel is located at the base, which sits above a rectangular unit likely housing the heating and fan components.
