Lot 327: Isabelle Z, Blossom, A Textured Mixed Media Composition on Canvas

A contemporary mixed media composition on a rectangular gallery-wrapped canvas. The work features a dense, vertically-oriented cluster of impasto-applied circular and oval shapes in a palette of mint green, pale pink, cream, and shades of grey and blue. Several elements are rendered in reflective silver metallic leaf, providing varied texture and luminosity. Vertical drips and horizontal linear marks in black paint intersect the composition against an off-white background with visible textural stippling. The painting is signed in the lower right corner with the printed letters ISABELLE.Z. The reverse features a wooden-effect backing board with an embossed rectangular mark reading LAURA ASHLEY HOME.
