Lot 305: A Set of Denby Manor Green Stoneware Teaware

A set of stoneware teaware in the Manor Green pattern, featuring a two-tone dipped glaze with a glossy chocolate brown exterior and a matte duck-egg blue interior. The collection comprises a lidded teapot with a loop handle and a short, stout spout, a small cream jug, multiple teacups, several saucers, and an open sugar bowl. The base of the cream jug bears a stamped mark within a bracket-like border reading DENBY, followed by MADE IN ENGLAND and the capacity 1/4 PT. The pieces are of a heavy stoneware body with a characteristic sage-blue glazed well.
