Lot 258: A Zippo Windproof Lighter, Berlin Souvenir Edition with Display Case

A Zippo windproof pocket lighter featuring a polished metal body. The front surface is decorated with a precision-etched architectural illustration of the Brandenburg Gate, positioned above the inscription BERLIN. The lighter is housed in its original black plastic display case. The interior frame of the case is printed with the characters USA in white. The lower front of the case features the ZIPPO wordmark with a red flame integrated into the letter I. The reverse of the case is finished with a textured pebble-grain surface and carries an applied gold-toned label with the raised text ZIPPO, USA, and LIGHTER. No hallmark or fineness stamps are visible on the metal body of the lighter.
