The collection includes notable U.S. and Swiss makers. A movement marked WALTHAM SEVEN JEWELS U.S.A. bears the serial number 27718136. An ELGIN NATL WATCH CO. U.S.A. movement is inscribed with the number 28314700. Another American movement is marked EQUITY WATCH CO. BOSTON, U.S.A. 7 JEWELS, serial number 21962. One movement is marked INGERSOLL-TRENTON SAFETY PINION 235710. Swiss-made components include a movement marked ADMIRAL NON-MAGNETIC 3 ADJUSTMENTS 15 JEWELS SWISS and a higher-grade movement struck 21 JEWELS ADJUSTED with serial 153340. Dials include examples marked WALTHAM U.S.A., ELGIN, RECORD DREADNOUGHT SWISS MADE, G. F. WATCHER EDMONTON, ALTA., and three marked LIMIT. A small dial is inscribed BIJOU.
