This lot comprises two handheld microphones and a set of headphones mounted on a metal headband with a khaki canvas head strap. The microphones are constructed from black molded composite with circular perforated mouthpieces. Both microphone handles are molded with the legend MICROPHONE HAND NO 3 and include a Pheon mark. One microphone bears an additional A suffix. The headphones feature black composite earphone housings with a khaki webbing strap and metal adjustment buckle. The wiring is encased in brown braided fabric insulation and terminates in a two-pin plug and a single jack plug. One earphone shows a brown composite terminal block secured by two metal screws. No other maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the items.

Microphone Length: 15 cm.

Condition report:

The items show signs of extensive field use and long-term storage. The braided fabric insulation on the cabling is frayed and worn in multiple areas, with internal wiring exposed at the headphone terminals and near the plugs. Surface oxidation and rust are visible across the metal headband and the headphone attachment points. The composite bodies of the microphones and earphones exhibit surface scratches and ingrained grime. The khaki canvas head strap is soiled and shows signs of wear, although the metal buckle remains functional.
