Lot 114: An Adjustable Metal Roller Stand with Tripod Base
Not sold
An adjustable metal roller stand, designed as an outfeed support for workshop machinery. The item features a single cylindrical roller at the top with a polished finish, mounted within a black rectangular frame. The vertical support consists of a telescopic shaft, enabling height adjustment via a plastic-threaded tension knob. The folding tripod base is constructed from square-section metal tubing, with three feet terminating in black plastic or rubber caps. The frame is finished in black paint. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The stand shows signs of heavy workshop use and environmental exposure. There is significant accumulation of dust, dirt, and woody debris across the base and legs. The black painted finish exhibits surface scuffs, scratches, and minor areas of paint loss, particularly on the tripod legs. The polished roller shows minor surface scratching but appears to be correctly mounted. The tension knob is present, and the telescopic adjustment mechanism shows wear consistent with repeated use.
