A UK 50 pence coin, released as part of a commemorative sports series. The reverse design features a stylised depiction of a canoeist navigating rapids, accompanied by the LONDON 2012 logo at the upper centre and the denomination 50 PENCE at the bottom. The obverse features the fourth portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is presented in its original printed card packaging. The card features a dark purple background with a teal geometric section on the left, which contains a yellow line graphic of a canoeist. The packaging bears the printed legends LONDON 2012 SPORTS COLLECTION in white and CANOEING in pink lettering. The LONDON 2012 logo is printed in the lower right corner. The coin is struck in cupro-nickel. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.

The obverse is not visible for inspection. The original card packaging shows sharp corners and vibrant colour, with no visible creasing or surface damage. The coin is securely housed within the original protective card mount.
