This lot comprises a bundle of one hundred Idaho Goldback negotiable instruments. Each specimen is constructed as a gold foil note, featuring a highly reflective metallic surface with multi-coloured illustrative printing. The obverse of each note bears the printed inscriptions IDAHO GOLDBACK NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT, JUDGE RIGHTEOUSLY, and THIS GOLDBACK CONTAINS 1/4000TH TROY OUNCE 24K GOLD. The text further states PAYABLE BY GOLDBACK INC. IN US GOLD COIN TO BEARER ON DEMAND. The AURUM logo and a printed signature are also present. The notes are secured by a black paper band printed with a stylised GB logo and the word GOLDBACK in gold lettering. The design includes a large 1/4 denomination mark and the figure of Justice.

Condition report:
The collection appears in pristine, uncirculated condition. The notes exhibit sharp edges and corners with no visible signs of handling, creasing, or damage to the foil surfaces (photos 1-4). The gold finish remains bright and highly reflective throughout. The black paper securing band is intact and undamaged.
