A workshop disc sander featuring a green painted body and a large rectangular cast metal work table. The machine is fitted with a 300mm circular sanding disc and a tilting table mechanism allowing for adjustments between 0 and 45 degrees. A black plastic miter gauge with an integrated scale is included, designed to fit into the dedicated slot on the work table. The unit is powered by a motor housing a black ribbed fan cover and an upper-mounted control box with a yellow NVR safety switch and a red emergency stop flap. A black adhesive label on the green base is printed with white text reading RECORD POWER, DS300 12 INCH DISC SANDER, DISC DIAMETER: 300MM, MOTOR POWER: 750W, FREQUENCY: 50HZ, and TABLE TILT: 0-45. A silver manufacturer plate on the side of the casting is printed with MFG DATE 140622T5108 and SERIAL NO 140622T5108. A yellow and red adhesive sticker reading 5 YEAR GUARANTEE is present on the base. A black dust extraction port is located at the lower front of the disc housing.
Condition report:
The sander shows signs of heavy use in a workshop environment. Significant accumulations of sawdust and wood debris are present throughout the machine, particularly concentrated around the tilting mechanism, the miter gauge, and within the motor housing vents. The sanding disc exhibits surface wear and resin buildup. The cast metal table displays surface staining and scattered spots of oxidation. The power cable and NVR switch housing appear intact without visible fraying or cracks. The miter gauge and tilting handle components are present and appear functional.
