A cast inscription on the blue housing reads RECORD DRILLMASTER POWER SHEFFIELD ENGLAND. An adhesive label on the blue housing reads Record Power DRILLMASTER DML24 SHEFFIELD ENGLAND (0742) 756333. A manufacturer label on the motor reads BROOK CROMPTON NEWCASTLE STAFFS ENGLAND ST5 9HT AC MOTOR MADE IN U.K. An adhesive warning label on the capacitor box reads WARNING ENSURE THAT THE STARTER SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION BEFORE CONNECTING THE MACHINE TO THE POWER SUPPLY.
Condition report:
The item is in heavily used, as-found condition. The metal housing and motor casing exhibit significant accumulations of sawdust, dirt, and grime throughout. Surface rust is visible on the drive spindle, the motor casing, and the capacitor box. The adhesive labels show signs of degradation and peeling. The power cord and plug are heavily soiled.
