A 1995 United Kingdom brilliant uncirculated coin collection, presented in a blue folding card commemorative case. The set includes a five-pound coin featuring a stylized dove of peace, a one-pound coin depicting a dragon, a fifty-pence coin, a ten-pence coin, a five-pence coin, a two-pence coin, and a one-penny coin. The packaging features gold printed lettering reading 1 9 9 5 UNITED KINGDOM and BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED COIN COLLECTION. The central section of the front cover has a Union Jack flag cutout. The reverse designs of the smaller denominations feature standard heraldic motifs, including the feathers of the Prince of Wales on the two-pence and the crowned portcullis on the one-penny. The interior card includes printed historical text and illustrations of a dove. No maker’s marks, signatures, or labels are visible on the item.
Condition report:
The coins are in brilliant uncirculated condition, showing sharp strike details and original mint luster. The fifty-pence coin shows an area of orange-red toning or environmental marking on the right side of the reverse (photo 1). The commemorative case shows light handling marks to the edges and corners of the blue card (photo 2). The set is supplied in the original commemorative folding card packaging.
